Delivering menstrual equity to Indigenous communities

We honour the unceded territory of Musqueam, Squamish, and Coast Salish First Nations. We acknowledge and thank their enduring connection to this land, which continues to sustain them and provide life, health, and education to generations past, present, and future generations. We express gratitude and commit to learning from and uplifting the voices of Indigenous communities.

Our Values

Collaboration

Collaboration is the heart of our organization, and strive to build relationships and to understand the unique issues of every community that we work with.

Empowerment & Reconciliation

Our goal is to empower indigenous women and all menstruators to be able to live their life with independence and agency to be able to control their health and wellness in the way that is best for them.

Inclusivity

We are dedicated to supporting all menstruators, regardless of their gender identity. We are committed to having conversations and opening dialogue to better understand the unique difficulties non-cisgender menstruators face including transgender, gender fluid, non-binary, and two-spirit individuals.
